Hair Riah’s Shipping Details
Orders can take between 3 to 10 business days to process before receiving your tracking number. If we are out of stock or you created a custom order we will contact you with updated information with regards to your purchase. Customized orders will take 1 to 3 weeks to ship!
Hair Riah's Return Policy
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been customized, opened, worn, or tampered with. If you have problem with an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you are having problems with. We will respond quickly and try and help you rectify the problem.
Hair Riah's Exchange Policy
Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your current set of Hair Riah extensions, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return/Exchange?
If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Once your extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 1-3 business days to finalize.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
When Will I Receive My Exchange?
Your new order will be released for processing as soon as we receive and inspect your return. All orders will take an additional 1- 5 business days to process and ship.
Note: If you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, we will email you a custom invoice to pay for difference in price. As soon as this has been paid, your new order will be released for processing.
Will I Be Refunded My Shipping Cost?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Why Are Hair Riah Extensions non-returnable/non-exchangeable if opened?
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
PLEASE NOTE: That it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly (including buzzer code) as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. We understand the excitement of receiving your order, however we are not responsible for any delays due to the carrier service.
ALL Hair Riah Extensions have NO EXPIRATION DATE as clients still wear hair from early 2012. However, every client treats their hair differently which results in different longevity. Hair Riah does not guarantee a specific time frame that our extensions will last for. Please check our Google Reviews to see what our clients had to say!
